Separated At Birth: Roman Reigns Looking Strong On The Cover To WWE #10 And Dark Knight Returns #1

BOOM! Studios has released the covers for WWE #10, including one of Roman Reigns looking very strong. Reigns is mid-air, delivering his famous Superman Punch maneuver, but eagle-eyed readers may notice something familiar about the cover by artist Dan Mora:

That's right, this cover looks mighty similar to Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns Book One from 1986:

Of course, the obvious answer here is that this cover is an homage, but based on WWE's past booking of Reigns, it could be more than that. Will we see Batman come to the ring on an upcoming Monday Night RAW, lay down for Roman, and then tell him, "You're the real caped crusader, Roman?"

And he doesn't even wear a cape!

It may sound crazy, but there's precedent for fictional characters previously written by Frank Miller to get involved in wrestling matches:
