This past week, Auroch Digital made the announcement on their website that they would be creating a new space strategy game called Mars Horizon. The game will basically have you lead an a space agency as you start with the race to get people out into space all the way to Mars.

It's been a minute since we reviewed a gaming chair, now that the holiday season is over and people have been working on new models to show off as convention season picks up. The latest chair to come our way arrived from AKRacing, who you may recognize from several esports tournaments.

During a panel at Bitsummit in Kyoto, Inti Creates and Artplay announced the 8-bit game Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon. This will be a spin-off of Koji Igarashi's Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. In fact, the 8-bit title is part of the Bloodstained Kickstarter campaign's stretch goals.

Following the announcement of their end of year 2018 earnings report, Square Enix has also published their presentation slides which included some insights into the company's plans for the upcoming fiscal year which will end on March 31st, 2019.

A cool little piece of news from BitSummit in Kyoto this weekend as developer Inti Creates announced that they would be bringing Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX to the Nintendo Switch, most likely for a 2019 release.

Netmarble has announced that its new MMO strategy game for mobile devices, Iron Throne, will officially launch on May 16 at 12:00 AM PDT worldwide. Iron Throne was developed by 4Plat and is being published by Netmarble, who hails it as the "next generation MMO strategy game."

For those of you who might be curious as to what might actually be happening with Deus Ex, to the point where you though the series might be dead, fear not! Even though you may not be seeing a game come out in the near future, the series is still alive, according to Eidos Montreal.

Early this morning, BitSummit officially announced the nominees for their 2018 gaming awards, which will take place at the convention on May 13th at the Kyoto International Exhibition Hall in Japan. 

Developer Psyonix has released their Summer 2018 roadmap for all the upcoming content coming to Rocket League over the next few months. As detailed on the game's official blog, the Summer 2018 season starts later this month to coincide with the start of competitive PvP Season 8.

Square Enix has revealed that Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood patch 4.3 Under the Moonlight will arrive on May 22nd. This patch introduces the next chapter of the "Return to Ivalice" 24-man raid series alongside new quests, a new beast tribe to join, a new trial, and a new dungeon.

If you've been eagerly waiting on the Final Fantasy VII Remake to release, we might have some good news for you. Granted, at this point it is mostly rumor and speculation, but new information indicates the game might get a release date at Square Enix's E3 conference next month.
