Report Says Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Will Be Launching With The Switch Except Maybe For Europe
The release date of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been a topic of debate for some time. Recently it has been quite unclear what's happening with it, as reports hit that it wouldn't be making the launch of the Nintendo Switch.
However, Eurogamer, who have been leading the charge on leaks for the console have now gone back on their statement about the game not hitting the launch. They claim a decision was made recently about the game's launch, and that what was initially holding the game back was the European version of the game. If you believe the report, they are saying that Nintendo want the game to make the launch of the Switch, even if it means a European version might come later.
This might be distressing for some European players, but bare in mind, with Xenoblade Chronicles X, Nintendo decided to launch the game and patch in new languages after it was released. That is possibly in play here.
It's not long until we find out more about the Switch though, and supposedly Breath of the Wild too. The console is having its big console reveal on January 12th. We will be covering that right here.
