Rise Of The Tomb Raider Officially Coming To PlayStation 4 And PC Later
We've been expecting this announcement for a while now, but today it finally came, officially.
Square Enix have now revealed that, yes, Rise of the Tomb Raider will only be an Xbox One exclusive this year. After that, the game will see a Summer 2016 release on Windows 10 and Steam, but if you are on a PlayStaiton 4, you are going to be Lara Croftless all the way until Holiday 2016.
As I said, because of the weird language we had been party to, the Rise of the Tomb Raider Xbox exclusivity has always been in question. Still, a year on the PlayStation 4 is hugely significant. I worry, at that point that any buzz, which I expect to be great, will have died down significantly. This is still a huge title for Xbox this Christmas, even if it is not now a full exclusive.
