Did Oliver Shoot Roy Again? – Clip From Tonight's Arrow

Tonight's Arrow sees the return of Colton Haynes as Roy Harper / Arsenal as well as the introduction of The Calculator (Tom Amandes). The Calculator is a character from the comics, basically the villain equivalent to Oracle. There is also speculation that he is either Felicity Smoak's (Emily Bett Rickards) father or connected to him.

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8 PM on the CW.
