Mark Hughes Blasts Media For Gotham City Sirens Rumors, Tweet-Based Journalism

Earlier today, entertainment journalist Mark Hughes was answering questions on Twitter:

Welp, that was enough for ComicBook.com, in these lean months before The Walking Dead's returns to fuel their daily news cycle, to publish a clickbait article speculating on the Gotham City Sirens production.

It wasn't the worst thing they've done today:

This didn't sit well with Hughes, who responded after being alerted by Batman-News:

Hughes went on, somewhat passive-aggressively taking it out on his "fans."

While it's hard to see how this is the fault of Hughes' "fans," he does make a good point about hastily throwing up clickbait articles based on Twitter. We mean, who would do something like that?

What?
