Monster Hunter Stories Is A Stylized RPG Coming To 3DS About Monster Riding

While I've never been able to get into the main series of Monster Hunter, this newly announced game has really peaked my interest. Revealed at the Monster Hunter Fest currently happening in Japan, Monster Hunter Stories is set to be a new RPG in the franchise coming out on 3DS next year.

There was no real elaboration on the mechanics and what makes it different from the main series, but it is clear that this is about monster riding as much as it is hunting. It also has a new cartoony art direction, which actually makes it look more attractive than the main series I think.
