Melissa Rosenberg, the show runner for Marvel's Jessica Jones, spoke with Entertainment Tonight and shared a few nice tidbits about the upcoming Netflix series.
Though the series focuses on Krysten Ritter's character as she is starting off as a private detective, the series will as the writer put it, "we will hit on that" when asked about showing Jones' time as Jewel or Knightress her two failed alter egos. So we may get to see Ritter in costume after all.
She also told the website, "I think I'm allowed to say: Rosario Dawson will be dropping in." So Claire Temple will be making an appearance along with, "Smaller characters that populated that world will be popping in." We may not get Charlie Cox himself as Matt Murdock, but it looks like the ties between the two shows will be strong.
Rosenberg also said what the basic difference is between Murdock and Jones: "She's not out to save the city, she's out to make rent."
