The Scottish Sun Splashes With Doctor Who Spoilers

Bleeding Cool has chosen not to run spoilers based on the first five scripts of the new series of Doctor Who after we broke that story out on Monday. Basically because I have chosen not to read them – though they are in my hard drive so I can enjoy them after transmission. And the BBC have implored people who have read them, after BBC Miami placed the scripts and the videos on an open, Googleable server for translation purposes.

But the Scottish edition of Rupert Murdoch's Sun newspaper, from which there is little love lost with the BBC, has decided to ignore that request.

BsEJ6daIgAEfc9sInitially they cover feature a line from the new series that they believe has relevance to the referendum for Scottish independence from the United Kingdom, taking place the month after the first episode debuts.

But inside they run copious spoilers from the five scripts. There is a paywall though. And it's not one I'm breaching…

Could Rupert Murdoch be the latest on Steven Moffat's "delete" list?
