Heavy Metal Partners For Two Comic-Con Exclusive Prints

According to Variety, Heavy Metal is trying to make a big splash with a few exclusives for Comic-Con.

First up is a partnership with Mondo to create an exclusive art print by Swedish artist Kilian Eng based on the 'reboot" of the Heavy Metal movie. This is available at the Mondo booth in limited quantities.

Then second, they partnered with inventor Barry Geller to create a print from the Roger Zelazney's notorious film Lord Of Light. This movie had Jack Kirby art for it's storyboards and is the movie that Tony Mendez borrowed to use in the CIA plan to save the U.S. Embassy workers in Iran in 1979 as depicted in the Ben Affleck movie Argo.

They have prints of the 14 Kirby pieces in color along with prints by Chris Burnham inspired by the work Kirby did on the film.
