Marvel's Daredevil Wraps Filming

DaredevilYesterday, Marvel's Daredevil showrunner Steven DeKnight tweeted the following message, letting folks know that the new Netflix series has wrapped filming.

 

This of course led to a series of tweets of people asking if the series debuts in May and DeKnight repeatedly saying no and that the series is still in post.

The idea of the May release came when someone noticed the series was listed as a May 1st release on the Playstation Network which would have it debut at the same time as Avengers: Age of Ultron. I'm not sure Marvel or Netflix would want them coming out at the same time rather than letting both projects have their own time in the sun.

Now that filming on Daredevil has wrapped, I would expect filming of Jessica Jones to start soon following the recent announcement of Krysten Ritter as the lead character.
