Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Cracks Nintendo's All Time Pre-Order Record

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate hasn't even touched store shelves or been released to the public digitally left, and it's already breaking Nintendo records. This morning, Nintendo officially announced that the game had broken their all-time high pre-order record. Not only breaking past all other titles in the franchise's history, but according to a few other sites, has apparently smashed through (if you will) every pre-order record from other franchises before that.

Those kinds of results, if accurate, would not only make Super Smash Bros. Ultimate one of the best selling games of 2018 right now, but oen of Nintendo's best-selling games of all time. However, we won't know for sure until we get actual sales figures after it comes out on December 7th.
