Funko Round-Up: Chrome Thanos, Woody Woodpecker, Chucky, and More!
Funko announces tons of new products and licenses every day, let alone every week. It can be a lot to keep up with. So we are here to help. Welcome to the Funko Round-Up! In this edition: Thanos becomes the Infinity Stones, a bunch of classic cartoon characters get the Pop treatment, and more horror than you can shake a stick at. Let's take a look!
First up: Rocky and Bullwinkle! All five of these look so perfect, especially the Boris and Natasha! Fearless Leader has his scar, and I have nothing else to say here. These look great.
Woody Woodpecker finally gets a Funko Pop as well, including a chase version holding a mallet. Expect that to be a tough get.
Rounding out the classic characters, Chilly Willy will also be coming, pancakes an all! The all-frozen edition will be a Funko Shop exclusive.
Two new Cowboy Bebop Pops are on the way this fall.
Two new Doctor Who Pos are also coming, including a new version of the Tardis!
On the horror side of things, this month sees three new Pop Pens debut: Pennywise, Leatherface, and Beetlejuice. We are getting a Rock Candy version of Lydia from Beetlejuice, and two new Chucky collectibles. Two too many if you ask me, I hate that damn doll. If you don't you can collect a new Chucky keychain and a Hot Topic exclusive Chucky on a cart pop to haunt your nightmares. No thanks.
And finally, Thanos gets not one, but six new chrome Pops, one for each color of the Infinity Stones. The downside? All six are Walmart exclusives. I don't know about you, but I have not seen a new Funko Pop at Walmart in months, so my odds of finding any of these at the end of the month are basically zero. Good luck to those that try though.
