Harry Potter Wizard's Chess Comes To LEGO With New Anniversary Set

It has been 20 years since the on-screen phenomenon of Harry Potter, and LEGO is ready to celebrate. Not long ago, we saw the company announce that special gold Wizarding World mini-figures were on the way. It was unclear how they were going to releases, and we now have our confirmation as new LEGO Harry Potter sets are arriving. It looks like LEGO will be revisiting Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone with newly updated sets and scenes that have not received the blocky treatment. This time it looks like the iconic Wizard's Chess is coming to life, and not only can it be played like the game, but it captures one of the final scenes of the film.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron are almost at the end of their quest when they must take on a real-life game of Wizard's Chess. The set is 876 pieces and comes with the iconic duo and 32 buildable chess pieces. On top of that, Harry Potter builders will be able to acquire the Golden Severus Snap LEGO mini-figure as well as 3 random wizard card tiles. This is a very fun and inventive set that LEGO has cooked up her and will be an excellent addition to any fan's collections.
