LEGO SDCC Exclusive Captain Marvel Set Revealed
LEGO have announced their first exclusive for this years SDCC, and it is the Marvel set. Captain Marvel to be exact, as they are bringing set 77902 Captain Marvel and The Asis with them to the show. The set will clock in at 271 pieces and features Captain Marvel, a Flerken Goose, and Monica Rambeau, which are all exclusive to this set only. The Asis is in a flying pose on a stand attached to a base as well. Check it out below!
Captain Marvel LEGO SDCC Exclusive
The LEGO box art features Carol in all her kick butt glory on the front, along with the SDCC 2019 50th anniversary logo in the corner. I love the vintage feel of that box. The back features a pic of the completed set.
I alos love that you can pose Captain Marvel flying next to the Asis, that is a neat display option. At least it looks like you can. That Goose is awesome as well, it really is one of the coolest LEGO mini-figs of the year. Nice to see Monica get the spotlight in this set as well. All-around awesomeness going on here.
As always, the SDCC LEGO sets and figs are the toughest exclusive of the show to get. They will be doing the lottery system again this year, open the last week of June. Go here for more info.
