The live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, released in 1990, was the first movie adaptation of the popular comic book series created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. It was directed by Steve Barron and stayed more true to the spirit of the original comics with darker tones compared to the fan-favorite 1987 animated series. The turtles finally emerge from the sewers to take on the evil Foot Clan, led by the menacing Shredder.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie – Michelangelo
Calm and free-spirited, a teenage anthropomorphic mutant turtle, with brown eyes and greenish-yellow skin, positions himself ready to use all his martial arts knowledge, the result of years of hard training, wearing only an orange bandana, along with his ninja gear consisting of a pair of brown elbow and knee pads and a pair of nunchakus. A pizza lover and sometimes a bit innocent and childish, but always extremely loyal and affectionate, Iron Studios presents the statue "Michelangelo – TMNT Movie – Art Scale 1/10", one of the four protagonists of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) group.
