Ikemen Joker Gets an Exclusive Kotobukiya Statue for SDCC 2020

The Joker is back and not just for his 80th Anniversary but for San Diego Comic Con! This time it looks like he will be getting an exclusive statue with Kotobukiya. The statue series will be in line with the Ikemen (handsome men) line with a Joker redesign. The limited edition collectible exchanges color with a new monochrome color tuxedo. He is sporting a devilish grin, can, and holding his iconic trademark cards behind his back. The sculpting and the craftsmanship detail on this piece is truly a feature on its own. This is an exclusive collectible for San Diego Comic Con but it would be a worthy collectible for the Joker's 80th Anniversary.

Batman will have to step up his class to be in league with this Joker. From his wicked grin to his upgraded tuxedo this statue has plenty of detail to please any fan. This is a perfectly suited statue to be a convention exclusive but will be hard to get as it is limited to only 504 pieces! Some pre-orders have surfaced online but with such a small edition size it'll be hard to secure. To get your SDCC 2020 Ikemen Joker Statue Kotobukiya securing one through your local comic shop is your best bet. If you want to take the risk online, the statue is priced at $115.99 and can be found here. He will be released in July with the other SDCC releases and stay tuned here for more exclusive reveals as they are announced.

"A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Kotobukiya's Ikemen series continues to amaze fans all around the world! Similar to the popular Bishoujo series, this fantastic expansion is a lineup of popular characters re-designed by the famous Japanese illustrator Ricken in the Japanese Ikemen ("handsome men") style. Joining the Ikemen lineup is the Dark Knight's arch enemy: The Joker! Joker reappears in this limited edition statue exchanging the trademark purple suit for a chic monochrome color tuxedo. Wearing a mischievous grin and holding a long staff and a joker playing card in each hand, this statue perfectly showcases the measures Joker would take to get the final laugh. There's something to see from every angle on this stylish statue! Limited to 504 pieces!"
