I'm Off To See Tenet, Wish Me Luck -The Daily LITG, 24th August 2020

The world can seem like a terrible and strange place sometimes, but at Bleeding Cool you can still read all about comics, merch, TV shows, games, movies and more. Right now I am about to get on a bicycle and cycle to Waterloo to the BFI IMAX for a press screening of Christopher Nolan's Tenet, the first trip to any cinema I've made since March. It already feels weird. I have studied the restrictions and think it's going to be okay. We will see. See you on the other side of the war. The Daily Lying In The Gutters, remains a long-running run around the day before and the day ahead. You can sign up to receive it as an e-mail here.

Comic book industry birthdays

There may not be much of a party atmosphere right now. All depends on which state you are living in. But comics folk are still getting older and still celebrating that special date.

  • Comic book photojournalist, Luigi Novi.
  • DC Comics novelist Adam Dechanel
  • Terry Pavlet, of Lord Pumpkin/Necromanta, Flare, Alien Nation,
  • Jim Scancarelli, cartonist on Gasoline Alley.
