Titan Comics To Publish Death Of The Tsar Series From Death Of Stalin Creators

The release of the movie Death of Stalin is giving the publishers of the graphic novel it is based on, Titan Comics, a bit of a boost.gets a movie cover printing in

So not only will the graphic novel get a release with a movie cover printing in February…

But Titan Comics will also be putting out a Death Of Tsar series from the same creative team, Fabien Nury and Thierry Robin in January.

The Death of Stalin is an upcoming period comedy-drama film directed by Armando Iannucci which chronicles the Soviet power struggles occasioned by the death of Joseph Stalin in 1953. It is based on the graphic novel of the same name, translated from the French original La mort de Staline.

It is scheduled to be released by eOne Films in the United Kingdom on 20 October 2017 and by IFC Films in the United States. It was screened in the Platform section at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival.
