Just How Did Ra's al Ghul Get A Bio-Weapon?

Last week we learned that Ra's al Ghul had the Alpha and Omega that has been featured in this seasons flashbacks. He also intends on giving it to Oliver Queen / Al Sah-Him to take to Starling City and kill everyone there with it. What we didn't know is just how the deadly bio-weapon made it from Hong Kong to Nanda Parbat. The clip from tonight's episode tells us just that.

Arrow airs Wednesday at 8 PM on the CW.
