"Lady Sif Pops Into Mind" – Live! The Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Panel From New York Comic Con

They're showing new footage. They're talking about the future of Marvel TV. And no phones are allowed…

And executive producer Jeph Loeb is in the house.

He's totally sucking up to the New York crowd, talking about first revealing Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. at the show. Which, you know, he did. Definitely playing the home crowd advantage.

And lots of thanks for Dan Buckley, Joss Whedon, Joe Quesada, Jed Whedon, Jeff Bell, Maurissa Tanchoroen and more…

Agent Coulson is in the house, Clark Gregg coming on stage to capture Jeph Loeb, revealed as a member of Hydra by his T-shirt of choice. You can imagine the applause. And he jumped off the stage to hug some very appreciative fans.

Loeb credits Gregg with the existence of the show, because fan response demanded he return. And with four films and two one-shote he had quite the fanbase.

He mentioned that Sitwell's revelation as a member of Hydra was a surprise until the cast got the scripts. Gregg also credits the love of New York Comic Con for his revival, and demanded he come to the show this year again as a result, despite Loeb's protestations.

"It's good to be alive."

And in a slightly awkward back and forth, Loeb asked Gregg is there was anything he could to to make up for wearing the Hydra shirt. Gregg replied "You have a lot of power and Lady Sif pops into mind."

He'd never fill out the costume, Gregg. Though I'd like to see him try.

Gregg asks Loeb if he can show the crowd, now ecstatic at his every word. Loeb offers next Tuesday's episode of the show. The response is… exactly what you'd expect again.

If you're here, you are seeing it. Time to go into submerged mode…

After a very Melinda May-centric episode, did you think that was all? They also showed the first scene, filmed this very week of the new Marvel ABC show Agent Carter….

You keep refreshing, we'll keep updating…
