Xbox Boss Says He'd Like To See Banjo In Super Smash Brothers
Phil Spencer has been known as one of the few video game bosses that talks openly about his competitors. Usually, it comes from a place of respect too. That's refreshing to see from a corporate climate that typically doesn't do that.
An example of Spencer's willingness to work with these other companies came from him interacting with a fan on Twitter. When asked if he thought the Microsoft owned Banjo being in Super Smash Brothers was a good idea, he concurred that he did.
@PedroDarkinson I think it would be cool if Banjo was in the next SSB DLC. We've worked with Nintendo on Rare IP before, no issues.

It would be really neat to see Banjo in Smash. He fits the bill well and it would be exciting to see him mixing with other Nintendo characters for the first time since Diddy Kong Racing.
