Bleeding Cool was lucky enough to screen the first episode of Eric Wald and Dean White's mermaid fantasy-action drama; but before we get to that, a quick sneak preview and synopsis of the pilot from your friends at Freeform:

Using their resources, marine biologists Ben (Alex Roe) and Maddie (Fola Evans-Akingbola) must work together to find out who and what drove this primal hunter of the deep sea to land, and are there more like her out there? "Siren" is based on a story by Eric Wald and Dean White who both serve as[...]
They were also joined by creator Jason Rothenberg and regular series director Dean White The panel description read:
"More than six years have passed since Praimfaya ravaged the planet and killed most of the human race As Clarke waits to hear from the group on the Ark or in the bunker, a new mystery drops from the sky[...]

All Star Batman from Scott Snyder and a rotating cavalcade of artists is really living up to the promise of it's initial announcement The road trip story arc with John Romita Jr was fun and all, but I really was sold on the concept of this[...]
The combined art genius of Matteo Scalera and Dean White create dozens of worlds that instantly transport you into another universe.
One of my favorite things about Remender's writing is that he always finds a way to remind us of what's happening without it being forced or obvious The organic flow makes for excellent trade paperbacks[...]

I'll buy any book that Dean White, Matt Wilson, or Bettie Breitweiser work on They are probably my holy trinity On top of that, I'm a huge fan of Matt Hollingsworth, Dave Stewart, Justin Ponsor, Laura Martin, Lee Loughridge, Dave McCaig, Jordie Bellaire, and I'm sure a bunch of others that I'm forgetting They all[...]
I like the painterly cover I'll credit in its appeal to Dean White, something that appealed to me from the first issue with its resonant tones of science-fiction paperback covers of the 70's The series is written by Rick Remender, who certainly knows the nuances of sci-fi storytelling, with art by Matteo Scalera, painting by[...]
The science fiction illustration homage with modern accents on the book captured my imagination in issue 1, so I'm back to see if the characters and plot hold up in what appeared to be a very promising series written by Rick Remender, with art by Matteo Scalero and painted art and colors by Dean White[...]
Its painted art comes courtesy of Dean White, and brings to mind the painted paperback covers of pulp science fiction The intensely active, confident art on the book is by Matteo Scalera and the nuanced, angular lettering from Rus Wooton is also a selling point Colors are intense, too, like early color science-fiction television shows,[...]
Black Science Cover
The recently announced new Image series Black Science by Rick Remender, Matteo Scalera and Dean White is meant to be from the same mold as Fear Agent and takes great inspiration from Frank Frazetta.
Remender posted a preview of the series on his website. You can easily see the Frazetta feel with the covers.
Fear Agent ran[...]
Intended for the Fear Agent crowd, a spiritual sequel to that book, it will have digital paints by Dean White.
