Choza De Margarita In Epcot To Open After Delays
The Mexican Pavilion in Epcot is getting a new addition very soon. Choza de Margarita was originally supposed to open in early 2017, but was pushed back for various reasons. Disney has announced that it will be opening the new food spot, likely in time for the holiday season. The walk-up hut will serve beverages and Mexican street food.
Available will be three kinds of hand-crafted margaritas (acan grapefruit, lime cucumber, and guava pink peppercorn), frozen margaritas (lime, wild strawberry, and passion mango), street food, and non-alcoholic fruit punch.
Food wise, Choza will offer Tacos al Pastor with grilled pork, Empanadas de Barbacoa, and guacamole with mango chutney, pumpkin, and pomegranate seeds, served with fried flour chicharrones and salsa Valentina.
The Mexican Pavilion is possibly one of the most popular spots in Epcot, with food options including La Hacienda de San Angel, La Cantina de San Angel, and La Cava del Tequila — one of the best tequila bars I've ever been too. If you're heading to Epcot this holiday season, be sure to check this new spot out!
