Anthem, Kingdom Hearts III, and Fallout 76 are the Most Talked-About E3 Games So Far

As far as the individual press conferences go, we've got some nice analytics data for you to chew through. Thanks to BrandWatch, we have the breakdown of the most talked about games during the EA, Microsoft, Bethesda, and Square Enix conferences, with the most talked about games being AnthemKingdom Hearts IIIFallout 76, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider respectively.

The statistics for the individual shows are:

EA

  • 14,930 mentions overall
  • 82% of gender-categorized Twitter authors were male, 18% female
  • The moment that got the most mentions was the announcement that Unravel 2 would be out immediately
  • The top mentioned game was Anthem

Microsoft

  • 56,190 mentions overall
  • 80% of gender-categorized Twitter authors were male, 20% female
  • The moment that got the most mentions was the very end of the show as analysis began and the Cyberpunk 2077 trailer was revealed
  • The top mentioned game was Kingdom Hearts
  • Halo 6 came in second
  • Fallout 76 came in third, trailed by Jump Force and Gears 5

Bethesda

  • 40,520 mentions overall
  • 75% of gender-categorized Twitter authors were male, 25% female
  • The moment that got the most mentions was the Elder Scrolls VI announcement
  • The top mentioned game was Fallout 76
  • Doom Eternal came in second
  • Rage 2 came in third, with Elder Scrolls VI and Elder Scrolls: Blades coming in fourth and fifth place

Square Enix

  • 1,070 mentions overall
  • 73% of gender-categorized Twitter authors were male, 27% female
  • The moment that got the most mentions was the Dragon Quest announcement
  • The top mentioned game was Shadow of the Tomb Raider
  • Dragon Quest XI came in second
  • Kingdom Hearts III came in third

The Square Enix show was so quiet on Twitter that BrandWatch didn't even pick up any mentions for large portions of the stream.
