New DLC Coming To 'Nioh' On May 2

Koei Tecmo made an announcement over the weekend that the latest Nioh DLC, "Dragon of the North," will be released on May 2. The content will include new storyline scenarios, new weapons, new characters, another new set of Guardian Spirits, extra stages, new yokai, and other content that has yet to be announced. The new versus mode will also be added to the mix, but there are no real details as to what that system will be like.

Because it's a Koei Tecmo game, the Japanese version was announced first, pricing the DLC at ¥1,300 (which is roughly about $12). If you have the season pass, you'll get this DLC automatically as well as upcoming DLC expansions in "Defiant Honor" and "Bloodshed's End" which yet to have release dates attached. Now those of us in Europe and North America get to play the waiting game alongside our copies of Nioh.
