PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has Hit 1.0 So Celebrate With This Free In-Game Shirt
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is now out and to celebrate, the game is giving away a free shirt for players in the game.
The game is now live across the world, seeing a whole host of content coming to the game. The desert map Miramar is now in the full version alongside other features like the replay and kill cam functionality. The game is reportedly running much smoother too which is a big plus for the game. Controversially, fog and rain have been removed from the Erangel map for now. They will return but be optional at some point.
To celebrate the release of the game, a chicken dinner themed t-shirt has also been added, free for all.
Speaking on the site, the development team said:
Without you none of this would be possible. You, the person reading this. You may have been with us since the first alpha test or maybe you started playing PUBG only a few days ago. You may have had over 100 chicken dinners or maybe you're still hunting for your first one. What matters is that you've stuck with us through good times and rough patches alike. You've seen some crazy stuff in-game. You've had defeats, near triumphs and brilliant victories. Thank you for your feedback, your reports, your thoughtful criticism. Thank you for cheering us on. Thank you for being there for us. Thank you, and see you in the next chapter.
There are a lot of minor changes to the game too. You can look at it all here in the patch notes.
See you out on the field!
