Can't wait to see how Xbox Console Streaming works? The wait is over, as long as you're an Xbox Insider.

Microsoft announced that Insiders in the Alpha and Alpha Skip-Ahead rings in the US and Uk are eligible for a preview. Xbox Console Streaming lets you play your Xbox One titles from your console on a mobile device of your choice.

To sign up, make sure you're an eligible Xbox Insider member. The program will be expanded to additional rings going forward, but only Alpha or Alpha Skip-Aheads need apply right now. You also need a phone or tablet with Android 6.0 or higher with Bluetooth 4.0 as well as an Xbox One wireless controller.

Then, you need to download the Xbox Game Streaming app via Google Play and follow the setup instructions. A network test will be required, and you will need to ensure your connection is stable enough to support streaming. From there, after setup is complete, you should be good to go to test out your streaming experience.

"We encourage you to test Xbox Console Streaming with a wide variety of Xbox One games, although original Xbox and Xbox 360 backward-compatible titles are not supported at this time," wrote Microsoft on the official blog.

Be sure to let us know if you end up giving it a go!
