There Is No Chance Fallout 4 Is Coming To Xbox 360 And PlayStation 3
Fallout 4 is going to be one of the biggest releases on the new-gen consoles, whether it comes out in 2015 or 2016. It really will be fascinating to see how well the game actually sells when it hits stores and we get down to it.
Bethesda have decided to cut out a portion of their audience though by only committing to new generation consoles. In a NeoGAF thread, Bethesda global community manager Matt Grandstaff when speaking on the matter said quite definitively:
It is not coming to 360 and PS3, the stuff we're doing will never work there
This isn't overly surprising in the grand scheme of things, as it was fair to assume that Bethesda wanted to create something bigger than the older consoles could sustain. As I said though, there is a huge audience still on those consoles, so it is at least significant in that way.
