MediEvil is setting down on a PlayStation 4 near you later this month. Before you take a stab at it, you might want to spend some time boning up on the basics before you jump in.

Sony Interactive Entertainment debuted a new clip, the second volume in developer OtherOcean's trailer series. This one is the second release, and it's called "A Bonehead's Guide to Gallowmere." The video explains how to shift your perspective with the game's "Dan Cam." That swaps the game's camera to a behind-the-shoulder perspective instead of an overhead view.

The MediEvil demo that was previously available, called MediEvil – Short-Lived, is no longer up for download. It was only up for grabs for a short amount of time, as the title suggested. Winners received "Dan's Helmet" for additional difficulty spikes and an appearance change. Sony announced the demo as part of its most recent State of Play presentation, but you've lost your chance to play it by now.

You can watch the trailers left in quick succession, at least. Or, if you're feeling frisky, you could go through and play your original PlayStation copy for a rush of nostalgia. Either way works, right? You'll find that the PlayStation classic is still chock-full of satisfying puzzles and hilarious dialogue. Hopefully the new game follows suit.

MediEvil is poised to launch on PlayStation 4 on October 25. What's next for Sony to hop aboard the remake and remaster train with? Not sure. We'll have to think on it.
