There Might Be More From Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons After Purchase
Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons was one of the very best games of 2013, marrying both story and play into a heart wrenching experience. If you haven't had a chance to play, I highly recommend it.
It was a beautifully tragic, contained story that wrapped up in a complete fashion. That is why I'm a little surprised to hear its old developers talking about more content for the game. 505 Games, Brothers' original publisher, have purchased the IP outright from underrated Starbreeze Studios for 500k reports MCV.
The interesting part comes from CEO of Starbreeze Studios Andersson Klint talking about what is next for the series.
Brothers will continue to generate awe and admiration for the great storytelling standard Josef Fares set under 505 Games watchful eye.
Of course, a great sequel can be made of anything, so I'm no condemning this out of the gate. In fact, I hope fans give the game a chance and are excited to see what happens next with the IP. Even though I wasn't expecting it, I could be in for another adventure with these characters and world.
