Tonight's Flash Proves It's A Small World… In Musical Theater

The CW has released one more interview for tonight's musical crossover of the Flash and the thing that stands out the most to me is how many re-connections are being made here. We broke it down earlier with Grant Gustin, Melissa Benoist and guest villain Darren Criss all coming from Glee. But there was also the fact that Criss and Carlos Valdez were in college together and that Jesse L. Martin and Victor Graber are long time friends who had never gotten a chance to sing together… all of this makes the episode special for the folks involved. Turns out there is one more connection like that, Gustin and Chris Wood were musical theater majors together in college. You often hear people say, "small world" to something like that, but this many connections is still pretty amazing.
