Bob Saget is best known for his role as Danny Tanner on the ABC sitcom Full House and as the host of America's Funniest Home Videos from 1989 to 1997. He was born on May 17, 1956 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Saget attended high school at Abington Senior High School and then went on to attend Temple University's film school. Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous television shows, films, and stage productions, and is considered one of the most versatile comedians of his generation. Saget died on January 9, 2022.
