Storm is coming to Gentle Giant's Marvel Animated statue line. She will become the 2oth release, which is crazy. These statues are based on the artwork of Skottie Young, and have been insanely popular with collectors. Storm will retail for $64.99 and can be preordered right now here. Ororo Munroe, aka Storm, is one of the most powerful mutants in history. She is a trusted and wise team-member of the X-Men, with the mutant ability to control weather patterns. She was raised as an orphan on the streets of Cairo where she learned survival skills as well as becoming a master thief. She had a long road from orphaned childhood pick-pocket to X-Man to eventually marring T'Challa and becoming the Queen of Wakanda! She is a natural born leader and in addition to being a Queen has also found herself the leader of The New Mutants, The Morlocks and the X-Men.

Storm is the 20th release in our popular line of Marvel animated statues and this piece is based on the variant comic book cover art for STORM #1 by fan-favorite artist Skottie Young. The regal Storm is depicted using her powers to hover over her base with her signature white Mohawk and cape blowing in the breeze. Build up your expanding animated X-Men team by picking up this iconic Marvel character. The Storm Animated Statue was digitally sculpted and carefully printed on state of the art 3D Systems 3D printers. The high-resolution prints were then used in the creation of prototypes needed to produce this animated collectible. Each animated statue is hand-cast, hand-painted, and hand-numbered with a limited edition Certificate of Authenticity.
