Footage Comes Out Showing Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Gameplay

We finally get our first look at gameplay from Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, and it doesn't look all that bad from what we can see. Activision apparently gave an exclusive to Variety, who posted the video showing off the single player mode as well as the two-player split screen mode. By the looks of things, there's room for a large cast of characters to be added to the mix, but nothing is shown for options in your racing kart. The courses seem to have very little in terms of boundaries, leaving you room to drive off in different directions and get lost on occasion. It looks a lot like a cleaned up version of the original, which is nice as its familiar territory for players of the first game, but with enough new flair to make it not look like a repeat. Some of the powerups are a challenge to nail down, but that will come in time. Overall, not too shabby. Enjoy the video!
