Overwatch Theory Speculates On Pharah's Father

Overwatch fan theories are part of the fandom now. Making wild guesses about the story and gameplay fill the Reddit board on a daily basis. This one is interesting though. Posted on the aforementioned Reddit (via Polygon) it was posited that Pharah's father's identity might be laying in the skin names. We already know her mother is Ana, but what about her father?

Essentially, the theory points out that character's Legendary Skin names usually follow a theme. Zenyatta's are elemental, while D.Va's are fruit flavoured. Pharah's themes are split though, with 2 names based on jewels and two based on metal. Ana's skin names are based on jewels, but her other two are on metals. The only character with metal theming in his Skin name? Reinhardt.

This wouldn't be a huge surprise either. Ana and Reinhardt are flirty in the game, and worked together decades ago when Overwatch was first formed.

Of course, none of this is confirmed or anything, and it is a little tenuous. I do like it though, and it would be a really nice hint too. We will have to wait for the story to expand a bit first before we will know more though, I wager.
