Remnant: From The Ashes Announces A New DLC Pack

Perfect World Entertainment and Gunfire Games revealed that Remnant: From The Ashes will be getting a new DLC pack later this month. The game has been doing pretty well on it's own without a ton of content being added to it, but now we're going to be exploring new areas that will send a shiver down your spine. The DLC on the way is called Swamps of Corsus, which as you can see from the artwork and the trailer below, are not to be ignored. The DLC will bring players an upgraded version of the primordial world of Corsus, complete with a ton of new content that includes three powerful weapons and mods, four challenging side dungeons, a few epic bosses and enemies, and a lot more that you'll have to explore to find. It will unveil a new rogue-like game mode called "Survival Mode". In it, players will have to start from nothing and fight for survival, acquiring unique bits of armor and over 50 new armor skins along the way. Here's more info on the DLC.

"Players will fight for their lives in an upgraded Swamps of Corsus and experience a new rogue-like game mode with Survival Mode. In the new mode, players will start their journey with just a pistol and some scrap. Those brave enough to take on this intense permadeath challenge will travel randomly through corrupted World Stones to different biomes seeking epic new rewards, all the while fighting to survive against insanely difficult bosses and enemies. Players that delve into the expanded Swamps of Corsus biome will find new story content, such as quests and events, a vast arsenal of powerful gear to collect – including weapons, armor, mods, and traits – along with plenty of tough enemies to take down."

You can get the DLC for $10 on April 28th, 2020 if you already own the game. The company will be releasing a bundle containing the main game and the new DLC, which will be available on Steam for $45.
