Ubisoft announced this morning that they have continued their efforts with mobile gaming after acquiring 75% of Kolibri Games. If you're unfamiliar with Kolibri, the Berlin-based company is one of the more well-known developers of mobile free-to-play games and one of the leaders of the "idle" games genre. Which includes Idle Miner Tycoon as part of their library. The deal was finalized on January 31st with the plan to acquire 100% of the company over the next four years.
