Talking Comics – Discussing This Week's Upcoming Titles From Ghost Fleet To John Carter: Warlord, Tooth & Claw, And More

By Randy Young and Chris Hunter

Bleeding Cool welcomes the return of Talking Comics, from Excalibur Comics, Cards, and Games in Shreveport, Louisiana, to discuss this week's upcoming books, speculating about where they are headed, and discuss their favorite storylines.

Hosts Randy Young and Chris Hunter say:

Thanks for pressing play!

Let me ask you a question…are you ready to see Betty Ross beat the crap out of the Hulk? I am, and it's going to happen this week!

That and more will happen this week with all of the great comics shipping and hitting the shelves!

Godhead continues, Avengers and X-Men are still dealing with Axis, along with the X-Factor team, more Wolverine memoirs continue this week and we see Weapon X experiments escape, and the Spider-Verse continues!

Ghost Fleet hits this week, and we get to see the consequences of what happens when you look at the package that you're transporting when you're not supposed to!

John Carter gets new life starting this week and we get to see Kurt Busiek go back to creator-owned work with Tooth & Claw, where Conan meets Game of Thrones meets Kamandi!

Also, don't miss Brian Michael Bendis starring in this week's issue of Nailbiter, Birthright gives us more of the drama that we loved from issue #1, and Velvet brings the fight back home…literally!
