Solo: A Star Wars Story LEGO Millennium Falcon Details Released

Solo: A Star Wars Story products are coming in fast and furious today, ahead of this weekend's New York Toy Fair. LEGO has revealed initial details on their new Kessel Run Millennium Falcon set coming out this spring. The set was revealed today via The Hollywood Reporter.

"Pull amazing maneuvers from the cockpit. Jump in the laser turrets and fire back at pursuing craft. Then check the hyperdrive and get ready to jump to safety! After all that excitement, kick back with Han and his friends with a drink from the bar, while you let Chewbacca win at Dejarik. Then it's off to bed for a well-earned snooze in the bunk aboard the fastest ship in the galaxy!"

Not much in the way of spoilers in that description. We also know that it will come with at least five mini-figs, with two more to be revealed later. Han Solo, Lando, Qi'ra, Chewbacca, and a Kessel droid are all neat-looking. Lando's look in this film is off-the-charts cool — I need every version of him I can get. The set number is 75212 and will contain 1,414 bricks to build the beloved ship with. That is a far cry from last years UCS Millennium Falcon, which sold out quickly initially despite its $800 price tag. That one was over 7,000 bricks, and, from what I am to understand, was one of the cooler builds on the market.

This set should be in stores and online this spring. Look for more info on this and other sets coming this weekend from Toy Fair. We will have complete coverage of the LEGO booth, and all of the Star Wars and Solo reveals that they have with them. With Episode 9 not coming until December 2019, this will be the last movie release wave for a while, so maybe we can get more OT and PT trilogy-themed sets in the meantime.

Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25th.
