Halo 5 Won't Launch With Big Team Battle
Big Team Battle is one of the most, if not the most popular game modes in Halo Multiplayer. The huge firefights can get pretty crazy, and you are never wanting for someone to shoot.
Well, unfortunately, 343 have made the call to not include the game mode at launch. Via GameSpot, producer Josh Holmes explained that the new mode Warzone should take it's place though. The 12v12 mode has AI and tons of vehicles and will take place on the biggest maps ever designed in Halo.
Holmes said quite plainly:
Warzone is the evolution of BTB, on steroids
We will have to see if the community latches onto the new mode in the same way, or if it will be panned for more traditional modes. Don't worry too much if you just want the classic BTB bac thoughk. Holmes did say it will return post-launch sometime. That is good at least.
