Monster Hunter: World is Getting a Nendoroid from GoodSmile Company
The GoodSmile Company has announced a Monster Hunter: World figurine for the chibi style Nendoroid series.
The news comes from Wonder Fest 2018, where the company announced the Nendoroid female Hunter decked out in Rathalos gear.
The figure doesn't have a release date or pricing yet, and hasn't been revlealed outside of the concept art in the tweet. But if the final product looks anything like the concept art, it will make an adorable collectible. And with Monster Hunter: World being so successful, this one should be a pretty hot ticket item once it goes up for sale. Because who doesn't love chibi-style collectibles?
The only thing that could be cuter would be a Nendoroid Palico.
The Rathalos figure will have some good company on the Nendoroid line, with Thor: Ragnarok's Loki, BB-8, Overwatch's D.Va, and even Fate/Stay Night's Rin Tohsaka and Saber.
In other Monster Hunter news, the game topped Japan's PS4 digital sales charts for the third week in a row, and the game will be coming to PC later this year. While Capcom understand that fans want to take Monster Hunter on the go, they have no plans to bring the game to the Switch.
