We Try Out The Console Version of Faeria at PAX East 2019

The last game we got to try out at the Versus Evil booth at PAX East was the Abrakam SA turn-based card game Faeria. Now this game is already out on PC and mobile devices, in fact, it turned two years old back in March. So going over the game doesn't really serve much purpose since it's already ou tin the public eye for so long. The big reason we got to play with it is that the company will be releasing it to consoles this summer. So finally people playing on the Switch, PS4, and Xbox One can experience the game and go head-to-head against opponents online.

As far as the gameplay of Faeria goes, there's very little change between this and what you can currently experience on Steam. This is, as best we could tell, a true port of the game with little left out or any of the mechanics changed. The only real difference is that you're using a controller. If you're looking for a card game that's just a little different with an interactive board to play on, this is right up your alley. Hopefully, we'll find out a proper console release date sometime around E3.
