This War of Mine was one of the very best games last year. I loved it so much, I ended up giving it a special mention in our Game of the Year awards.
Developer 11 Bit Studios has announced that it's doing something really special too. You can now buy the War Child Charity DLC for your choice of $1, $10 or $20, with all proceeds going to the titular charity. There is no difference in terms of content to each bracket, except your own feeling of satisfaction.
The DLC will add artwork into the game from several street artists such as M-City, Gabriel "Specter" Reese, SeaCreative, Emir Cerimovic, Fauxreel, and Mateusz Waluś. You can then go out and find the graffiti around the city, bringing just a little color into the dreary world of the game.
As I said, 100% of the profit goes to the charity, which offers air to children in war torn regions.
