Unboxing The World's Finest Collection's Wonder Woman Box

The World's Finest Collection has released their second box and it's theme is Wonder Woman. I reviewed the first box, Batman, back in September and was blown away with the quality and quantity of the items in the subscription box. It felt a bit like Felix's Magic Bag as there seemed to be far more than expected inside. This had be excited for the second box and pleasantly surprised that they went with the Wonder Woman theme. I would've guessed they'd go with Superman second, but with the success of the film this past summer, Wonder Woman was an excellent choice.

World's Finest

The new box contained a t-shirt, a sweatband set, Invisible Jet ice cube tray, a coffee cup, a letter opener, a vinyl statue, some enamel pins and some comic cover postcards, all Wonder Woman themed. All of which are shown in the video below. I almost feel bad for this box as it is a good box, but the Batman box was a great one and this is kind of a let down by comparison. I think the thing that surprised me the most was the absence of a print or props. The print seemed like one of the easiest things you could add to a subscription box. It adds almost no weight and lies flat in the bottom of the box. It does dictate the size of the box, but otherwise its an easy addition. And the Joker and Two-Face police record and props were some of the coolest things in the box. Both those items felt like they were for the comic fan specifically.

I still really like this subscription box and look forward to the next one. The fact it's quarterly makes it a bit more special when the box shows up. They haven't announced the theme for the next box, but I'm hoping for either the Flash or Green Arrow.
