"Attack on Titan Tactics" is Now Available on iOS and Android
DeNA, Crunchyroll Games, Funimation, and Kodansha have launched the mobile RTS game Attack on Titan Tactics on iOS and Android in North America today. The game is an officially licensed mobile title based on the anime series, and can now be downloaded in the US, Canada, and Australia.
Attack on Titan Tactics is a tower defense real-time strategy game where players build and deploy a team of scouts to defend their base from an onslaught of Titans. The game features all the usual fan-favorite characters like Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, and Captain Levi. At launch, the game will follow the story from the first season of the Attack on Titan anime series. Future updates will bring the game up to date with the anime's recent third season.
Attack on Titan Tactics boasts a real-time battle system that's easy to learn but tricky to master, original character illustrations and battle animations created exclusively for the game, over 50 different characters at launch with more planned for the future, new original stories written solely for the game, and the original anime voice actors including Yuki Kaji (Eren Jaeger), Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackermann), Marina Inoue (Armin Arlelt), Hiroshi Kamiya (Levi), and Daisuke Ono (Erwin Smith).
In celebration of the game's launch, DeNA and Crunchyroll Games are hosting special in-game events and rewards like the Levi Squad Gacha, which will be available through October 3 at 10:59 pm PDT. Players can use the Levi Squad Gacha to obtain a 5 star recruit from the original Levi Squad, which includes the Captain Levi, Scout Regiment Petra Ral, Levi Squad Oruo Bozad, and Levi Squad Eld Gin units.
Additionally, all players will receive an in-game reward of 300 crystals as a reward for reaching the goal of 70,000 pre-registered users prior to the app's launch. All players who download the game before October 17 at 7:59 am PDT will receive the pre-registration reward.
